In 2004, Melbourne Business School merged with Mt Eliza Business School (Mt Eliza), becoming the largest business school in Australia.
 
Together, we are Melbourne Business School-Mt Eliza Executive Education (MBS-Mt Eliza). Since 1957, we have been inspiring organisations and shaping effective leaders to create measurable and lasting impact in the business world.

Our Learning Centre underpins the philosophy for Executive Education at MBS-Mt Eliza to ensure the relevance of our executive development programs and reinforce our place as the No. 1 executive educator in Australia (Financial Times, 2008 – 2012).
 
Integrated learning is central to our approach. We go beyond the traditional learning methods of classroom teaching, case studies and exercises to deliver rich learning experiences. This can involve the use of digital technology, psychometric instruments, simulations, coaching, action learning, and business projects. We enable knowledge sharing by leveraging the use of technology with our learning platform Thread. This encourages learning from others via online networking and communities of practice, supported by expert and user-generated content. Thread further enables participants to embed and extend their learning in the workplace.

We have a heritage-listed executive retreat overlooking Port Phillip Bay, the Mt Eliza Campus, which is a peaceful residential site ideal for learning and reflection away from the workplace and business environment. Alternatively our city campus is on the edge of the CBD conveniently located in Carlton within the University precinct.
