Transfer of Invitation
This invitation is transferable to a senior colleague. Please contact us on the number below to let us know who you are transferring it to.
Accommodation and Travel
Accommodation/travel arrangements and costs are the responsibility of delegates. It is recommended interstate delegates stay the night of Monday 13 March 2006 and MP Travel has conference packages available.

Airport Transfers
Transfers to and from the airport are your responsibility. However, we recommend if you are traveling on the morning of the conference you allow up to 45 minutes by taxi from Melbourne Airport in peak hour traffic.
Booking a private hire car in advance is therefore recommended.
Taxi ranks are located outside each terminal. Please anticipate up to 20mins waiting at peak flight times.
