Exact test of non-inferiority from independent binomial data based on second order test statistics. For testing non-inferiority from a 2x2 table, we develop formulas for higher order P-values for the difference and ratio of the probability parameters. These formulas are simple and in closer form. These approximate P-values are then used to generate exact tests using maximisation and estimation followed my maximisation as recommended in Lloyd (2008). An early draft is HERE.
