Terri Mandler

Terri Mandler leads the global BHP Billiton graduate development program, and has worked with the concept, design and development, to implementation of this program across three continents. She is also responsible for the co-ordination and management of the Melbourne
Business School partnerships with key business schools in South America and South Africa, and a specialist e learning business school partner.

Terri works with clients designing and implementing diverse coaching solutions, and project manages team members during coaching interventions.

With a track record in coaching at executive and senior levels and extensive experience in consulting to, and managing, organisational change and transition, Terri has worked with a variety of public and private sector organisations in Australia and New Zealand.

As a former mediator, she also works in the knowledge areas of conflict resolution, difficult relationships and emotional intelligence. A member of the MBS leadership teaching group, she has been responsible for the Mt Eliza Business Leadership Program and draws upon an
extensive HR consulting background in assessing leadership needs against organisational frameworks.

Her area of interest is advancing organisational renewal through individual transformation.
