Scott Seibert is an experienced academic and management consultant, whose particular expertise lies in the areas of organisational leadership, career development, and employee empowerment.

Scott’s research focuses on the management of personality and interpersonal processes for the creation of a more satisfying work life and a more effective workplace. His work has examined the active role people can take in the creation of their own career success as well as the means by which companies can facilitate individual career achievement and company performance. His research has also explored the impact of organisational climate on individual and organisational outcomes. Scott’s research publications have been recognised with best-paper awards and he publishes in the top-ranked international management journals.

Prior to joining MBS, Scott held academic positions at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Cleveland State University and the University of Notre Dame.

Scott has consulted across a wide range of companies and industries through his research and teaching. His clients include the Xerox Corporation, Western Building Products and Corning Inc.
