Phill Boas is a highly experienced educator and one of Australia's leading consultants in the areas of human relations and organisational development. For the past decade, Phill has led innovative and organisation-specific leadership programs.

He's been involved in building leadership development capability and problem solving and decision making solutions that have impact within large organisational systems.

Phill is highly regarded for his work in facilitating small and highly interactive teams and groups of all kinds and levels. He is also an expert counsellor.

Phill has held a senior academic position and senior government position during his career. He is the author and co-author of a range of books and research reports on organisational development programs, counselling and interpersonal skills.

Phill is the Program Director for the very popular Senior Executive Program.
