Faculty staff profile

Peter Sharpe is a consultant specialising in leadership skills, decision-making, team development and personality as a factor in the workplace. A registered psychologist, Peter has lectured in psychology, educational psychology and organisational psychology, and developed and taught courses relating to psychology in the workplace. He has also co-ordinated courses in this field. As head of the psychology department at Victoria College, Peter was responsible for developing strategic initiatives and managing human and financial resources within the department. Through his own consultancy and Mt Eliza, Peter has been involved in senior leadership programs with a range of government departments, and has been a feedback consultant in the school’s Leadership Development Program.
