Paul Mills is an Associate Program Director at Mt Eliza Executive Education, having held the position of General Manager, Sydney for the School prior. He has spent close to 5 years as a full time Program Director within the Centre, designing and leading customised programs, as well as holding regional responsibilities for business development in NSW, ACT, Queensland and the Northern Territory. In his program and extension coaching work, Paul specialises in personal, team and leadership development, change and innovation, and entrepreneurship. He has experience in both private and public sector organisations in Australia, New Zealand, the US, UK, China and Vietnam. Paul’s clients include Macquarie Bank, Subaru/Inchcape Motors Australia, Parmalat, Sanofi, Leighton Contractors and CML.
