Paul is a highly regarded training professional to a broad range of industries, in both the private and public sectors. Paul is an experienced training manager, having performed this responsibility at both state and national level within the Department of Employment, Education and Training. He understands the need for training to support the organisation and uses his thorough working knowledge of training and development processes to ensure that it is integrated and accountable, in terms of organisational goals and objectives.
