Nola Kemp

Nola specialises in workplace peformance and adult learning. She has directed and delivered a variety of executive education and workplace performance programs throughout Australia, New Zealand and China. Her clients have included NAB, TNT, Australia Post, United Energy, Victorian Producers, Loy Yang Mines, Carpentaria Transport, TAB, Shell Coal and local councils. Prior to joining the Mt Eliza Centre for Executive Education, Nola worked as a senior administrator within the legal, transport and mining industries. She worked in Melbourne at the Prahran College of Advanced Education (Business Studies Department) and, later, at the Casey Institute of Technical and Further Education (Office Administration and Technology Department). Her responsibilities included teaching in a variety of areas and writing instructional software manuals. She also co-authored a textbook. Nola has also worked as a consultant to the IT industry, providing specialist training in a diverse range of software applications and computer solutions. Nola is a member of the Australian Human Resource Institute, VISTA (the peak professional association for managers and leaders in the Victorian vocational education and training sector), and the Victorian Assessors Network.
