Mac Hay is an organisational development consultant specialising in leadership development, executive coaching and organisational design and effectiveness. He has held senior HR positions with Mobil Oil and ICI and has been a senior consultant with Towers Perrin. He has extensive experience in organisation and job design, change management, employee empowerment, performance improvement, customer service and team effectiveness. Recent assignments include leadership development, team-building and executive coaching roles with senior executives in the financial services, retail and information technology industries and the federal and state public service. Mac has presented on a number of leadership development programs at the Mt Eliza Centre for Executive Education and at Ashridge in the UK.
