Faculty staff profile

Lisa Gorman facilitates leadership programs at the frontline for Mt Eliza Centre for Executive Education in NSW. Her clients have included Australia Post, Otis Elevators, Tyco Services, Job Futures and Toyota. Lisa has also played a key role in developing and presenting the Step Ahead Program delivered to three hundred Australia Post female employees since 1997. Her interests in participants' personal development assist ease of learning; particularly in the areas of effective communication, assertive behaviour, coaching, situational leadership and performance management. Lisa has delivered on an extensive Customer Service intervention for Tyco Services and is a keen observer of excellence in this field. Lisa is accredited in the use of various diagnostic tools, including MBTI, Belbin and Situational Leadership.
