Ken Whitters

Ken Whitters directs the Knowledge Management, Information Technology and e-Business programs for the School, in addition to leading and supporting more generic management development programs. Ken has over 20 years' experience in various areas of management, having held executive roles at Honda Australia and The Alfred Hospital, as well as senior roles at Ansett Australia and the Ministry of Housing and Construction. In his role at Mt Eliza Business School, Ken has worked with a number of prominent organisations, such as RACV and Penguin International Books, assisting their senior managers to understand the business opportunities presented in the eBusiness era and to be equipped with the strategies to successfully embrace those opportunities. His current research interests centre upon the value equation of eBusiness initiatives, success factors for new economy initiatives and the social effects of pervasive and persistent technology change.
