Judy Kent

Judy is an organisational improvement consultant, coach and educator. She specialises in designing and facilitating interventions in collaboration with the client and delivers corporate leadership programs which encourage participants to learn experientially about themselves and their environments.
As an executive coach, Judy uses Organisational Role Analysis to assist individuals to facilitate change and achieve positive outcomes in their workplace. Judy's background is in organisational dynamics consulting which has given her extensive experience in many countries throughout the Asia-Pacific region. She has had corporate experience at General Management level of a large international utility.
Judy is currently a doctoral student with the Creative Organisational Systems (COS) Group of RMIT and a member of Group Relations Australia (GRA). Her thesis is exploring intergenerational conflict in organisations.
