Judy is an organisation development professional, with more than 20 years’ experience in executive learning and development. As the former General Manager, Corporate Development, of TXU Australia, Judy was responsible for the direction of all human resource and organisational development activity across the organisation. This included: implementing a balanced scorecard measurement system; leading a business improvement team in preparation for the contestable electricity market; setting up a shared services delivery system for human resources; implementing a system of business reviews, which encouraged cooperation rather than competition; and participating in the preparation for the merger with Kinetik gas company. Prior to this role, Judy was Managing Director of Organisational Dynamics Inc, an international management consulting organisation that specialised in leadership development, process improvement and culture change.
