Director, Open Programs

As Director, Open Programs, John Trevillyan is responsible for open programs at Mt Eliza executive education. With 20 years of experience at Mt Eliza, John brings with him a tremendous depth in the development, direction and facilitation of executive development programs.

John has an outstanding knowledge of educational methodologies and approaches. He develops innovative programs for his clients, using a range of paper based and e-learn technologies. John designs programs to achieve learning and operational outcomes for all levels of management, and is comfortable working with both senior executives and frontline leaders.

He has developed and directed best practice, enterprise bargaining and negotiation programs in Australia, Europe and the Asia-Pacific for organisations including Esso, the National Australia Bank, Simplot and the Australian Stock Exchange. His areas of research and development include negotiating and influencing, learning technologies and performance management.

John is Program Director for the popular Senior Managers Program and as Director of the Workplace Performance Centre, John and his staff have developed and provided programs to clients that focus on performance outcomes.

John has been instrumental in the design and delivery of many customised programs at Mt Eliza. He is currently the lead Program Director for AXA where he is responsible for overseeing a comprehensive leadership development program. The program is acknowledged by the organisation as important for the creation and development of its future leaders.
