Faculty staff profile

Jo Leonard consults and facilitates in the areas of leadership development, performance management, strategic human resource management and executive career management and is director of her own consultancy practice. At Mt Eliza, Jo’s recent assignments have included facilitation of leadership programs for Toyota, executive development strategy implementation for Australia Post, facilitation of national coaching, mentoring and people skills workshops for GHD and ongoing public leadership program facilitation. She is also Program Leader of the strategic HR program, ‘The HR Executive as Business Leader’. Jo is an executive coach for clients that have included Aker Kvaerner, Amcor, American Power Corporation, ANZ, Coles Myer, PACCAR, Lion Nathan, Orica, Pasminco, Telstra and Toyota as well as state and federal government departments.
