Jayne Jennings designs and delivers customised programs for clients at the graduate, frontline and middle management levels. Jayne's clients come from both the public and private sector and include: Aviva, Transport Accident Commission, Victorian Workcover Authority, Australia Post, Linfox, Australian Federal Police, Department of Primary Industries, Medibank and Seek.com.
Jayne works collaboratively with clients to assist in identifying their needs and then in defining appropriate outcomes and practical strategies that will engage and benefit all parties. Jayne
focuses on participants developing people management skills and successfully applying these back in the workplace to make a difference. Jayne has developed expertise in performance
discussions, recruitment, teams and change. She is accredited in Myers Briggs Type Indicator EIR, Situational Leadership II, Benchmarks, and Skillscope, and has experience in implementing
Team Management Systems, Targeted Selection, Interaction Management and Managing Personal Growth programs.
Jayne combines her previous experience in the insurance industry, heading up the training department of one of Australia's biggest companies, working in the Victorian public sector in a
strategic human resource role and numerous consultancies to deliver ‘right' practice development solutions.
Jayne manages the Mt Eliza executive education Frontline Management Program and the Young Professionals Program. She designs and delivers both programs, co-ordinates program scheduling and leads a team of facilitators to maintain and develop current trends in action learning.
