Faculty staff profile

Ilona Treijs, a registered psychologist with her own practice and extensive clinical and organisational experience, provides consultancy and counselling services to individuals and organisations in the public and private sectors. She coaches and provides feedback to middle and senior managers and executives, and recruitment services. At Mt Eliza, Ilona co-facilitates on several leadership and management programs, including such customised programs as the Leadership SA ‘Learning to Lead’ program. She has also presented leadership development programs for Adelaide University. Other clients have included the Brain Injury Network, Centrelink, Freehills, Castrol, Amdel, Macquarie Bank, OneSteel and MicroSoft, as well as South Australia government departments. Ilona is accredited to use a range of diagnostic instruments.
