Program Director
Clarence Da Gama Pinto specialises in leadership and customised management programs. He has worked extensively in Europe, North America and Asia in publishing, major event management and executive education.
He is the Manager and Senior Trainer for the world-renowned Leadership Development Program (LDP) and the Leadership in Action Program (LIA) licensed by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) - for which he is accredited to use the Looking Glass, Inc.® Experience behavioural simulation. He is also the Program Leader for the Emotionally Intelligent Leadership program.
Clarence presents on leadership for Melbourne Business School's Executive MBA and is responsible for the MBA Leadership Skills Workshop. Clarence works on programs for a range of clients including Hilton Asia Pacific, Macquarie, Pfizer, Laminex, Fletcher Building, GM Holden, Leighton Contractors and ASX. He has an interest in global leadership and cross-cultural management development.
