Faculty staff profile

Abi O'Neill is a program director with a diverse background in both the private and public sector. She has worked in various capacities in a range of industries including manufacturing, financial services, insurance, international trade, IT, mining, marketing, retailing and government. This experience, complemented with owning/managing her own businesses, has deepened her appreciation of the complexities and challenges of leadership throughout organisations.

Abi works with leaders to enhance their personal talents and team leadership skills for success. She has a wealth of experience in assisting organisations facilitate change and achieve positive outcomes by augmenting leadership capability.

Since working in executive education, Abi has designed and implemented leadership and management development programs in Australia, China, PNG, Fiji and New Zealand. She is accredited in an extensive range of diagnostic instruments.

She is Program Leader for the New Managers Development Program. 

Abi is accredited to use a number of diagnostic instruments, including MBTI, SLII, SYMLOG, Benchmarks, Firo-B, Belbin and Skillscope.
