Hire an intern
An MBS internship takes the uncertainty out of recruiting. It gives the employer a means to locate and test high performance individuals ‘on the job’, before deciding on an on-going commitment. An internship allows both parties the opportunity to evaluate the degree of alignment between their core values and the company culture.
The MBS Internship Program takes place between May and August. In addition, students are also available for summer internships during December and January.
