Mt Eliza Executive Education, part of Melbourne Business School, is the Asia Pacific’s number one provider of executive education programs to leading corporations in Australia and internationally (Financial Times UK 2010). Programs are delivered by a team of internal and contracted educators: facilitators, academics, coaches and industry experts, known as the “Associate Network”. The Resource Consultant, Associate Network:
- works collaboratively with client-facing teams and other Associate Network colleagues to take a project brief and understand the program resourcing requirements
- uses internal databases and networks to match the skills of associates with the requirements of specific executive education programs
- engages associates for the program, and works with internal and external stakeholders for the life of each project to ensure client, associate and participant requirements are met
- maintains and develops relationships with associates across Australia and overseas
- provides operational and administrative support to the Associate Network team (e.g. bookings, database updates and process management)
- contributes to associate sourcing and evaluation processes
Reporting to the Director of the Associate Network, and liaising with client facing teams, the Resource Consultant, Associate Network, will work in a busy, close-knit team environment to ensure that Mt Eliza has a world-class stable of associates for current and future executive education interventions.
This role would be particularly suited to an enthusiastic, service-focused recruitment or HR specialist with an affinity for learning and development. Tertiary qualifications (ideally in education, L&D or management) are essential, as are sound administration and organisational skills (project management experience is an advantage). To be successful, you will require a collaborative working style, excellent attention to detail, a focus on quality, polished interpersonal and communication skills, a ‘can do’ attitude, and a track-record of success in working in a fast paced, outcome-focused professional environment
