Mt Eliza Executive Education, part of Melbourne Business School (MBS), is an innovative executive education provider experiencing growth locally and internationally. We design and deliver customised and tailored executive development interventions for leading Australian and international organisations.

We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to work within the Design and Learning Team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support on a range of projects, with a clear focus on driving process improvement and service.  You will also provide back up support for the administration and processing of instruments (i.e. personality profiles and 360 feedback) and providing participant reports.

Key responsibilities;
• Provide a high level of administration support
• Administration of internal design and learning events
• Prepare presentations including diagrams, charts and workshop notes
• Assist with and maintain financial administration
• Support with the administration and processing of instruments and provision of participant reports

The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for MBS, demonstrating an excellent attention to detail, flexibility and strong communication skills with a focus on stakeholder service. The Administration Coordinator will have solid office administration experience and the ability to show initiative while working collaboratively with the team.
