Become a class rep
In response to your requests to maintain closer contact with your former classmates, we are instituting a Class Representatives program to facilitate communication amongst the classes.
Class Representatives from both MBS and Mt Eliza programs are engaged to assist the School with maintaining contact information, encouraging participation in alumni activities and providing information on what their peers are up to.
Class Representatives are asked to:
- Send a bi-annual communication to classmates encouraging them to update their details
Help find "lost" alumni in their year - When in a reunion year, participate in the planning and communication of reunion activities
- Coordinate a class table for the Annual Alumni Dinner
- Provide feedback to the School from their classmates on alumni programs and services
The School will assist Class Representatives by providing sample bi-annual communications, coordinating mass emails and providing ongoing staff support.
We invite anyone interested in being a Class Representative for their year to contact the Alumni Relations office at alumni@mbs.edu.
And if you know of someone in your cohort who would be ideally suited to the role, please contact them directly and encourage them to nominate.
Our aim is to identify at least one Class Representative for each year, but we welcome the participation of multiple Class Reps.
