The Statistics, management science and operations research area at MBS investigates physical and information processes within organisations and the application of operations models.
Broad research areas range from technical restructuring of processes to the identification of key technology implementation strategies. Particular areas of interest for faculty include measuring service quality in service organisations, the analysis of queues, and strategies associated with the implementation and management of information technology.
