The Marketing group at MBS has varied interests, including consumer behaviour, branding, pricing, services, marketing strategy, advertising and social and public policy marketing.
Recent projects include a study of the effects of television advertising clutter, how customer contact frequency and duration with a firm impact relationship strength, the factors that impact satisfaction with museums and entertainment providers, and how corporate social responsibility can enhance or tarnish the image of a firm.
Marketing faculty at MBS are widely published in the best journals in their field and hold board-level and editorial roles on several prestigious international marketing journals.
