Focus
Explore the current demands faced by senior executives, as well as the key emerging issues facing your organisation: personal and organisational renewal; applied futures thinking; managing complexity and ambiguity; and strategic leadership. The emphasis is on your own capacity to stay energised, focused and relevant in our ever-changing environment. This program draws on our latest research in the field of leadership, and an exclusive module by Victorian College of the Arts is used to explore the synergies between creative skills and leadership development
