Is this program for me?

You are a senior, general or functional manager in operations, marketing, human resources or finance seeking to develop high-level financial analysis skills for strategic planning within your organisation. You will have basic prior knowledge of how to interpret financial data.

How will this help me?

You will develop a strong understanding of how to create financial value, use financial analysis to assist in capital investment decisions, manage financial risks, use costing models including activity-based costing, and to estimate cost of capital and use it in management decisions. A simulation will be used, where you will work in a team to make strategy, operating and marketing decisions and investigate how they affect financial outcomes for a business.
