Graduate Diploma of Organisational Leadership
The Graduate Certificate and Diploma of Organisational Leadership are post graduate programs offered in a customised format for organisations. They are designed for experienced senior managers currently employed in a leadership role or preparing for a leadership role.
A fusion of contemporary leadership and general management, these programs are designed to equip managers with a deeper understanding of their leadership profi le and potential, together with intellectual depth and analytical insight to shape the future of their organisations.
To obtain the Graduate Certificate in Organisational Leadership, senior managers are required to complete two leadership subjects and two general management subjects. To obtain the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Leadership, senior managers are required to complete four leadership and four general management subjects.
The leadership subjects are pre-requisites and participants can select their preferred general management subjects through a comprehensive list of degree subjects offered by Melbourne Business School. These innovative programs are awarded by University of Melbourne.
Further pathways are also available to the MBA and Master of Marketing, subject to conditions.
