Thought Leadership Forum: Building High Performance Teams
In any team, each member has their own "hunting territory", a sphere of responsibility relevant to their strengths and role within the team. Team conflict and internal competition often occurs when territorial boundaries overlap between members, resulting in disharmony and poor overall team performance.
At this exclusive MBS alumni seminar, gold medal Olympic coach Dr Istvan Gorgenyi will introduce you to his 'Hunting Territory' model and explain how you can use this method to build effective teams that deliver sustainable results.
Facilitated by Edmund King, Program Director at MBS' Mt Eliza Centre for Executive Education, the two-hour program will help you understand and address issues impacting team dynamics – whether on the field or battling in the boardroom.
