The MBS Marketing Association and the Net Impact Club present: The Social Network - And What This Movie Teaches Us About Branding.

In this entertaining and informative session Associate Professor Mark Ritson will be using scenes from the Oscar nominated movie The Social Network to illustrate some of the key lessons of brand management and marketing. His session will touch on issues like targeting, positioning and how cool a billion dollars actually is.

Mark Ritson: Mark is an Associate Professor of Marketing and an Expert on Branding. Voted Best Teacher on the MBA programs at LBS, MBS & MIT Sloan. Published in Journal of Consumer Research, Sloan Management Review & HBR. Weekly Columnist in Marketing Week, PPA Columnist of the Year in 2009.  He is also a consultant to some of the World’s Greatest Brands.
