With the demands on our time made by our business, professional and personal lives, it can be difficult to effectively engage and widen our business network. This in turn may be limiting our chances for career advancement and success – both on a personal and professional level.
The key to competitive advantage does not hinge purely on the capacity to generate greater banks of intellectual capital or people, but more so on developing authentic relationships, driven by the need to remain top of mind.
In the changing landscape of business, markets and work, gaining support from purposeful relationships will provide buoyancy and resilience in all economic climates.
Each year, members of your network are meeting people of like minds, who could add significant value to you, your organisation and networks.
Join Jon Burgess, Founder & Director, KWAN for a unique three-part ‘Connect Series’ which will focus on better understanding the value of people networks, how to further develop and retain authentic relationships with people of like minds so as to support and complement your personal and career aspirations.
Participants will learn the values and value of connecting, be advised on strategies and alternative approaches to enhance your influence, perspective and brand value.
During this interactive series you will:
- Learn about the Kwan network philosophy - Connect, Collaborate, Calibrate.
- Elevate your awareness and better understand the values/value and potential of people networks.
- Learn 'CONNECT' skills and strategies to complement capability, influence and brand value.
