The Women and Management Dinner is one of Melbourne’s leading forums for celebrating the achievement of women in management, and for discussing issues of gender and diversity in the workplace.

This year MBS is delighted to welcome as our keynote speaker Elizabeth Proust AO, Chairman of Nestlé Australia; director of Perpetual Ltd, Spotless Ltd, Insurance Manufacturers Australia Pty Ltd and Sinclair Knight Merz Pty Ltd. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of JP Morgan and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

For over 25 years Elizabeth has held leadership roles in the private and public sectors in Australia, over dinner she will share with MBS alumni and guests a wealth of knowledge, not only from an organisational perspective but also from a personal one.  Elizabeth will provide insights about her career path, the risks, key decision points, people who helped along the way and lessons learnt.

With current debates around the topical issues of women in management and board roles it is timely that Elizabeth share her experiences and thoughts.
