Living expenses
The following is a student’s average cost of living for the 16 months of a full-time MBA. By international standards, the cost of living in Melbourne is very reasonable. The average international student in Australia spends about A$370 per week on accommodation, food, clothing, entertainment, transport, telephone and incidental costs. It is important to remember that while this is a realistic guide, individual circumstances will vary by location and lifestyle.
Recent research conducted by IDP Education Australia, has demonstrated that university study in Australia is significantly more affordable for international students than comparable courses in the United States and the United Kingdom . Following is an approximate guide for living expenses:
