Our goal is to bring together a class with diverse experiences - to understand different contexts and to see other perspectives. Executives need this type of broad perspective. However, all students have common attributes - they are highly motivated and successful individuals. Each one has been chosen because of his or her ability to contribute actively to the learning experience of the group.
