Stay back after class to discuss case assignment with various other students and lecturer.

Day off - personal time

Read case study for next week's class (bedtime reading).

Monday

8.00pm - 11.00pm
Syndicate assignment work for Yeringberg Wines - a family opertaed Yarra Valley vineyard with 100 years heritage (live client - Marketing Strategy class). We are formulating a marketing plan following an initial face to face meeting with the de Pury family and tour of the property. The assignment is due next Tuesday. We have a syndicate of four members all with allocated tasks. Tonight I've reworked the historical perspective overview (900 words) which has taken a lot longer than expected.

Tuesday

9.00am (5 mins)
Email 'historical perspective' to syndicate members for review and to client to verify and correct any misrepresentation, if any. Also email client 'mission statement & values' and 'vision statement' for any comments and feedback with deadline of tomorrow morning, so we can discuss tomorrow night.

Evening
No study (husbands birthday - dinner with family).

Wednesday

9.00am (5 mins)
Email final section (including minor amendments/tweaking from de Pury family) to syndicate member allocated to collate our assignment.

6.00pm - 8.00pm
Syndicate group meeting - Marketing plan for our client Yeringberg is due next Tuesday. We need to go through the draft marketing plan and discuss the plan as it stands (with our input to date) and what individual tasks are necessary moving forward.

9.00pm-11.30pm
Work on syndicate plan (new tasks allocated - customer analysis and supplier analysis).

Thursday

9.00am (5 mins)
Email our Goals and Objectives to the de Pury family for review.

5.30pm-6.30pm
Syndicate group update meeting with lecturer (Susan Ellis).

9.00pm - 11.00pm
Work on syndicate plan (marketing mix sub strategy and tactics - product and price section).

Friday

No study - dinner party with friends (husbands birthday week of celebrations continued).

Saturday

Run through case notes and read case again before class.

9.00am - 4.30pm
Full day class - Marketing Strategy (intensive).

No study - dinner party with other group of friends (husbands birthday week of celebrations continued).

Sunday

2.00pm - 5.00pm
Complete marketing strategy group syndicate assignment (marketing mix sub strategy and tactics - product and price section).

5.00pm - 6.30pm
Group get together at my work office. Read through draft ten of the of marketing plan (currently at 44 pages). Arrange final meeting with group tomorrow night to finish marketing plan ready for submission on Tuesday.
