Training and development program

All GEP training and development follows a four step approach. Developing leadership capabilities for dynamic and complex roles:

  • must go beyond traditional training and awareness-raising of Stages 1 and 2;
  • to embed behaviours and sustain cultural change through Stages 3 and 4.

The GEP will leverage the Accelerated Learning Laboratory methodology in all its training programs as the foundation for research and analysis.

In Year 3 of the GEP, based on the outcomes from the training and development programs in Years 1 and 2, MBS will work closely with individual industry partners to identify the structural elements of the organisation which reinforce gender inequality, and tailor specific interventions in systems and processes to reduce the inequality.
