Targets and quotas
The first research paper in this project was completed and launched on Tuesday 8 May at Melbourne Business School. A comprehensive global review of the policies, practices and psychological factors around targets and quotas, the report provides an overview of the experiences encountered in the introduction of targets and quotas and makes recommendations for organisations seeking to embark on this strategy.
