Program
The GEP is undertaken over a three year period in two phases:
Phase 1
Year 1 and 2 – Research and Development Program
- Identification of specific industry partner needs and research questions to be answered
- Tailored interventions for industry partner organisations through onsite training programs and offsite exercises and coaching
- Training will be undertaken in cohorts of 15 participants over the two year period
- Each industry partner will provide a minimum of 200 staff to undertake the training program
Phase 2
Year 3 – Focus on Systems, Processes and Culture
- MBS will design, implement and assess tailored interventions in the systems, processes and cultural features of the industry partner
