On 8 May, CEL is launching the first research report completed under the Gender Equality Project.  "Targets and Quotas for Women in Leadership" is a global review of policy, practice and psychological research and is particularly relevant in light of the recent changes to ASX corporate governance guidelines relating to gender diversity reporting.  The launch will include a panel discussion on topics such as whether Targets and Quotas can be consistent with the principle of merit, whether they result in significant changes in senior leadership roles and whether women experience backlash when selected under these policies.  This is a public event.  To attend, register at http://www.mbs.edu/go/events/targets-and-quotas-for-women-in-leadership--research-launch.
