Melbourne Rotary Presentation - 16 June 2010
Professor Williamson was invited to be guest speaker for Melbourne Rotary in June. Ian spoke on leadership for social impact and emphasised the value of cross-sector partnerships amongst business, government and not-for-profits. He described successful ventures in which business expertise is used within social organisations to deliver benefits for people with special needs and emphasised the clarity of purpose and close customer contact that underpins the success of social organisations. Rotary Club members were urged to collaborate with his centre in their work with social organisations.
