Giving to the 2011 Annual Appeal

How it works...

 

For the 2011 Annual Appeal we are asking our Alumni and friends to give financially to five strategic priority projects:

In May and June 2011 the School will be contacting Alumni and friends via postal mail, email and telephone and providing them with opportunities to donate, either through donation forms or links to online donations via the MBS website.  All postal communications will include an 'ask' letter, a project brochure, and a prepaid envelope addressed to the School.  Emails will carry an 'ask' with hyperlinks to project information and videos.  We hope that you are able to participate and enrich the School with your gift. 

MBS is a certified deductible gift recipient, which means gifts over $2 to the School are tax-deductible in Australia.

In the United States

If you are residing in the USA and are a taxpayer, then you are able to donate to MBS through the University of Melbourne USA Foundation.  The Foundation is incorporated as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and gifts to the Foundation can be claimed as tax deductions by US taxpayers.  Grants are awarded by the Foundation each year and are distributed in accordance with the purposes of the Foundation.

Donations to MBS through the Foundation must be accompanied with the statement "It is my/our express preference that my/our gift be directed to Melbourne Business School to support ...". 

General contibutions by credit card, check (cheque) or money order, made payable to the University of Melbourne USA Foundation should be mailed to:
