Our Executive Chef can tailor a menu to suit your individual requirements and taste, from a gourmet bbq to a formal dinner in a private dining room or a cocktail function overlooking Port Phillip Bay.
Your Complete Meeting Package is fully inclusive of the following:
Continuous refreshments
Freshly brewed coffee including cappuccino and espresso, selection of teas, filtered water, fresh juices, an assortment of biscuits and seasonal fruit are available all day in the lounge area.

Morning and afternoon tea
Freshly brewed coffee including cappuccino and espresso, selection of teas, filtered water, fresh juices, an assortment of biscuits and seasonal fruit and Chef’s bakery selection.
Buffet breakfast
Our buffet: full hot and cold breakfast including cereals, fresh and dried fruits, yoghurt, pastries and variety of breads and muffins, Chefs selection of eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, fresh fruit juices and freshly brewed tea and coffee.
Working Lunch
Assorted gourmet sandwiches, rolls, bagels, sliced seasonal fruit and a selection of Australian cheese and biscuits.
